HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within approximately 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiries@coppolahome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



FREE DELIVERY MOST AREAS

At Coppola Home, shipping should be included so when you see a price on our site that's exactly what you pay for your rug delivered to your home - Australia-wide (most addresses included). For more remote areas, we reserve the right to advise a freight charge is applicable

*Stock levels are subject to change at any time. We are unable to place items on hold. If stock is unavailable, we will advise you as soon as possible 

 

DISPATCH

All stocked items will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from the date the order was placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking included.

  • Please note that all orders will be sent during our operating hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time.
  • Transit times differ for each area, and once we have shipped an item, the transit time is entirely out of our control.
  • Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct before submitting your order. Coppola Home is not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.
  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to combine it with other orders or refund postage costs.
  • Using Coppola’s website and placing an order with us, you accept all our shipping/postage, exchange, return and refund terms and conditions.
