Terms and Conditions

Information on prizes and how to enter the Coppola Home $500 Gift Voucher Giveaway forms these Terms & Conditions of Entry. By entering, the entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
• Entry is not open to employees (or their immediate families) of Coppola Home and any associated entities, agencies, or companies involved in the competition.

Competition Period

• The competition will commence on Saturday 5th October 2024 at 12:00 am AEST and close on Thursday, 31st October 2024, at 11:59 pm AEST.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit an entry by filling in the required details in the form provided on the competition landing page or on our Meta platform
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or identities to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.
• By entering, you agree to sign up for Coppola Home's VIP Black Friday access and newsletter. You must remain subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.

Prize Details

• The prize is a $500 Coppola Home gift voucher in the form of an electronic gift card, redeemable on the Coppola Home Shopify store.
• The gift voucher will be delivered electronically to the winner’s provided email address.
• The total prize value is $500.
• The electronic gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Prize Draw

• The prize draw will take place at Coppola Home, Shop GF.23 Supa, Centa, Moore Park NSW 2021, on Thursday, 31st October 2024, by random selection from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on Friday, 1st November 2024, at 12:00 pm AEST on Coppola Home’s website and social media channels.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided. The winner has 30 days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, Coppola Home reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Terms

• Coppola Home’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
• Coppola Home reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
• By entering, you agree to the use of your name for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.

Liability

• Coppola Home shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• Coppola Home will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or system.

Privacy

• Entrants’ personal information will be collected by Coppola Home and stored on the Promoter’s database for marketing purposes, including future marketing communications about its products.
• Coppola Home may use this information to contact entrants electronically. Entrants can opt-out of receiving future communications at any time.

Changes and Termination

• Coppola Home reserves the right to alter or terminate the competition at any time.

Social Media

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
• Entry and participation are subject to the platforms' respective terms of use.
• By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from all liabilities associated with the promotion.
